We’re looking for a detail-oriented CMS Content and Data Author who thrives in high-volume digital environments and can balance speed with accuracy. You’ll play a key role in delivering product data changes alongside engaging web and app experiences, ensuring content is published efficiently, consistently and to a high standard across multiple digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Manage and publish digital content across web and app platforms within fast-paced trading and campaign cycles Build, edit and maintain promotional, product and campaign pages within the CMS Translate high volumes of product and promotional information into accurate, compliant and publish-ready digital content Validate content and product data including pricing, product descriptions, imagery, metadata and promotional messaging Ensure all content is quality checked, approved and delivered within agreed deadlines and SLAs Support homepage, landing page and feature content updates aligned to campaign and trading activity Maintain content governance standards, templates and publishing best practices Identify opportunities to improve publishing workflows, efficiency and accuracy Support previewing, scheduling and go-live activities across multiple digital channels Assist with troubleshooting content or publishing issues during live delivery periods Work within structured planning cycles while remaining adaptable to changing priorities and peak delivery periods Requirements: Previous experience working within a CMS Author, Content Editor or Digital Content Executive role Experience using enterprise CMS platform Contentful is a must Experience publishing content across websites and/or mobile apps at scale Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency and quality control Comfortable handling large volumes of product, promotional or campaign-related content Understanding of digital content workflows, approvals and QA processes Experience working within fast-paced delivery environments with fixed deadlines Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, UX, QA, development and strategy Familiarity with structured content models, templates and reusable components Understanding of digital customer journeys and content best practice Awareness of SEO, accessibility and digital compliance best practices would be advantageous Comfortable working with spreadsheets, product data and asset management systems Work’s a treat!
