Job Description
As the primary voice for Flatpay in the UK, you will own the end-to-end content strategy for a burgeoning market. From localising global campaigns to crafting merchant-facing emails, SMS, and in-app communications, you will ensure our messaging resonates culturally while driving growth and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

What You Will Do
- Translate and creatively localise all marketing materials, including website content, sales brochures, and product communications, to fit the UK market's nuances.
- Manage the UK brand presence across Meta Ads, Trustpilot, and Google, engaging directly with the merchant community to build trust and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to produce high-impact merchant-facing communications, including emails, SMS, and comprehensive help desk documentation.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses native-level English proficiency with a proven track record in content marketing, translation, or localisation within fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce.
- Demonstrates a strong commercial mindset with the ability to simplify complex financial product features into engaging, clear, and actionable copy.
- Is a proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced scale-up environments and values being in the office five days a week for maximum collaboration.
