Junior Content Creator
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Junior Content Creator to support the production of engaging content across all digital channels.
You'll spend your time capturing products, people and behind-the-scenes moments, editing social-first videos, supporting campaign shoots and helping ensure we always have fresh creative ready for both organic social and paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Film and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and paid social
- Capture product photography and lifestyle imagery for multiple channels
- Create fast-turnaround trend-led content
- Assist with styling and shooting new product launches
- Support reactive content around trends, viral moments and cultural events
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats

Paid Social Creative
- Produce multiple creative variations for Meta and TikTok advertising
- Edit UGC-style content
- Work alongside the wider team to continuously improve creative performance
Organic Social
- Support execution of social content calendar
- Film behind-the-scenes content in the office and at events
- Create day-to-day stories, reels & tiktoks
Campaign Support
- Assist with campaign planning and shoot preparation
- Support photoshoots and content days
- Organise props, samples & styling
- Help manage asset organisation

About You
- 1-2 years experience creating social media content (brand or personal portfolio)
- Strong video editing skills
- Basic photography knowledge
- Experience with CapCut & Adobe
- Understanding of social best practise
- Excellent attention to detail

- Has an eye for aesthetics & understands what makes content perform
- Is confident filming on iPhones
- Is highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects
- Isn’t afraid to jump in front of the camera occasionally
