About Alessa
Alessa is a fast-growing luxury fashion brand, selling across Europe & Middle East. We're now building our content team from the ground up and we're looking for our first content producer in London.
The role
You'll be the creative engine behind Alessa's content, planning, producing and delivering the visual material that powers our social channels, ads and website. This is a hands-on production role where you own the process from idea to finished asset.
You will:
- Plan and coordinate content shoots from start to finish, concept, location, styling and logistics
- Source, contact and book models who fit the Alessa brand and our garments
- Shoot both video and photo content of our pieces (on model and product-focused)
- Edit and deliver ready-to-publish content for TikTok, Instagram, paid ads and web
- Contribute to our content calendar and campaign planning
- Stay on top of trends and propose formats and concepts that fit a luxury fashion audience
- Work directly with the founder, short decision paths, fast feedback

Who you are
- Based in or around London
- Skilled with a camera both video and photo and confident editing
- Organised: you can plan a shoot, manage a schedule and make things happen on time
- Comfortable reaching out to and directing models
- A sharp eye for luxury aesthetics you understand what elevated fashion content looks like
- Self-driven and ambitious: you see this as the start of something bigger, not a side gig
