The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a premium brand at an exciting stage of its growth journey. The business is investing in its marketing function to build an in-house team capable of driving lead generation, strengthening the brand and supporting ambitious commercial growth.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work alongside a Digital Marketing Executive and also collaborate with external digital agencies and specialist freelancers. Your audience and main customer base will be B2B initially including architects, specifiers, developers and Facilities Managers but over time there is huge growth potential to drive B2C campaigns too.
This is a creative and content-focused role, to ensure how the brand looks, sounds, and shows up across collateral, social, events, campaigns, and sales support.
Salary – £35000 - £42000
Location – Wolverhampton (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)
Role Overview
- Content creation – Take ownership of content across multiple channels, producing engaging copy for the website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, product launches, technical documentation, case studies, and wider marketing campaigns that reflects the quality of a premium brand.
- Creative collateral – Create and manage a wide range of marketing materials including brochures, sales presentations, product literature, exhibition assets, point-of-sale materials, and customer communications, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand's premium positioning.
- Brand management – Help maintain and develop the UK brand, ensuring consistency in tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging across every customer interaction and marketing channel.
- Campaign collaboration – Work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive to develop integrated marketing campaigns, producing creative assets and content that maximise campaign performance and support lead generation activity.
- Events & exhibitions – Support the planning and delivery of major industry events and exhibitions, producing marketing collateral and creative assets that enhance the customer experience before, during, and after each event.
- Creative project management – Brief and manage external designers, photographers, and print suppliers where appropriate, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
- AI & creative innovation – Utilise AI tools to improve content creation, campaign development, and creative workflows, increasing efficiency while maintaining originality, quality, and brand distinctiveness.
- Quality assurance – Review and proof all creative output before publication, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and ensuring every piece of content reflects the standards expected of a premium brand.

About You

You'll be an ambitious Content Executive, Marketing Executive, Creative Executive, or Marketing & Communications Executive with experience producing engaging content across both digital and offline channels.
You'll be equally comfortable writing compelling copy as you are creating visually engaging marketing collateral, with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills and an excellent eye for design, detail, and brand consistency.
You'll enjoy working across a variety of projects, balancing creative thinking with strong organisation, and be confident managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced marketing environment.
B2B marketing experience would be advantageous, particularly within technical, manufacturing, or specification-led industries. However, candidates with strong creative and content marketing experience from consumer or retail sectors who can demonstrate excellent writing skills, visual judgement, and commercial awareness will also be considered.
Most importantly, you'll be proactive, curious, and passionate about creating high-quality marketing. You'll enjoy working within a collaborative team where ideas are welcomed, standards are high, and every piece of content contributes towards building a premium brand.
