Content Creator

Short Form Content Creator at Peoples Automotive Group - Edinburgh

About The Role

You don’t just use TikTok or Instagram Reels – you live them. You’re the one sending your mates trending sounds before they go viral. You think in hooks, scroll with purpose, and already have a mental list of “I'd have done that better” every time you see a brand post.

This is an incredible opportunity to take what you already do – create, scroll, obsess over content – and turn it into your career.

This isn’t a desk job. It’s a camera-facing, trend-chasing, scroll-stopping role for someone who lives on TikTok and Instagram Reels - and is happy chasing the creation of content that flies.

We’re building something different. And we need someone who’s not afraid to be the face of it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and film original short-form videos for TikTok, Reels and YT Shorts
  • Be the on-screen personality for regular content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Take ownership of video storytelling: planning, scripting and filming content independently or with internal support
  • Work with the marketing team to align video content with campaign activity, offers, product launches, and showroom events
  • Generate ideas and contribute to the weekly social content rhythm — you’ll be a key part of our creative process
  • Stay on top of trends, memes, formats and sounds — and use them to drive relevance
  • Turn product features, offers, FAQs and customer moments into engaging content
  • Write engaging captions and call-to-actions when needed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
