Content Creator
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a global consulting firm built to deliver meaningful and measurable advocacy campaigns. We are seeking a highly talented and creative individual to join the team as a Content Creator in the integrated media practice. This role is pivotal in shaping clients' social presence, brand, and impact, geared towards driving engagement with strategic audiences rather than mass markets.

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Creative with expertise in creating captivating videos, graphics, motion graphics, animations and other assets. The ideal candidate will have a background in an agency or government setting and be capable of designing against digital advocacy strategies to inspire audiences to act. We're looking for someone who has a love of storytelling, has developed a distinct creative style, and who keeps their finger on the pulse.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive creative content calendars aligned with campaign objectives.
- Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities to keep clients' brands at the forefront or reach new strategic audiences.
Content Creation
- Conceptualise, create, and manage multimedia content, including videos, graphics, motion graphics, and animations.
- Ensure content aligns with clients' brand and messaging, and greater political considerations, while resonating with their target audiences.
- Be a subject matter expert on current and developing creative production platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams to ensure digital strategies are integrated seamlessly.

Project Management
- Oversee the full creative lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, in scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers, as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a content strategy & production role, with a focus on hands-on multimedia content creation.
- Strong proficiency in video production, graphic design, motion graphics, and animation tools and software.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of digital trends and social media platforms.
- Exceptional time management, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in high-stakes campaigns, crisis communications, government or agency settings is highly desirable.
- Experience in web development is highly desirable.
