Marketing Campaign Manager
Reporting to: Head of Communications

About the role
To drive brand growth and audience engagement through the end-to-end ideation, design, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. This role blends creative graphic design, webpage creation, and persuasive copywriting with modern AI-driven workflows to deliver high-impact multi-channel campaigns.
Responsibilities
Campaign Ideation, Planning & AI Integration
- Creative Conception: Lead brainstorming sessions to develop original, innovative themes for brand, product, and content-led storytelling.
- AI-Augmented Workflows: Seamlessly integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) into the creative process to accelerate campaign ideation, refine messaging variations, and prototype visual concepts.
- End-to-End Ownership: Scope, plan, and execute content campaigns from initial concept through to final delivery, asset creation, web publication, and performance reporting.
- Content Calendar Management: Maintain a comprehensive cross-channel content calendar that drives fame and maximises reach & engagement, while supporting commercial objectives & corporate messaging.

Video Production & Editing
- Shoot & edit compelling video content which engages Cera’s target audiences – bringing to life our work to transform healthcare through technology.
- Drive audience engagement strategies through video-led content.
Visual Asset & Graphic Design
- Design Creation: Act as the primary internal resource for visual content and brand-led thinking – creating high-quality, on-brand digital assets, from motion & static graphics, to social carousels, marketing collateral, and presentation decks utilising Canva, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Brand Consistency: Champion and maintain corporate visual identity guidelines across all external-facing marketing and campaign touchpoints.
- Asset Library Management: Organise and maintain a clean, accessible repository of templates, imagery, and design systems for the wider team.
Webpage Creation & Content Publishing
- Campaign Landing Pages: Build, launch, and format dedicated campaign landing pages and digital content hubs, ensuring an optimal user experience and clear calls-to-action.
- Web Content Management: Regularly update, optimise, and publish campaign content directly to the website using the company Content Management System (CMS).
- Conversion Optimisation: Partner with the wider team to implement basic SEO best practices and A/B test layout variants to maximise webpage engagement and conversion rates.
Copywriting & Storytelling
- High-Impact Storytelling: Create compelling strategies and content assets to tell Cera’s story in a highly engaging and emotive way, across multiple channels and media types, spanning video, written content, motion graphics, carousels and written articles.
- Scriptwriting & Copywriting: Lead on scriptwriting for video creation, & copywriting for content-led social media strategies, design-led decks and
- Tone of Voice Alignment: Adapt complex corporate themes into accessible, action-oriented, and engaging commercial copy.

Campaign Execution & Performance Analysis
- Digital Tracking: Strengthen, monitor, and optimise Cera’s online & social media presence, including monitoring for any reputational risks.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) – including email open rates, webpage conversion rates, and social engagement – providing data-driven insights to continually refine future marketing initiatives.
Social Media Monitoring
- Work alongside the communications manager to closely monitor sentiment surrounding the Cera brand and our key spokespeople.
- Alert the team to any changes in sentiment or hostile posts / tags.
- Identify key trends that drive uplifts in positive sentiment, and optimising content strategy accordingly.
Skills and Experience Required
- Campaign Experience: Proven track record of managing and delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns from scratch.
- Design & Tool Proficiency: Hands-on, professional experience with Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Mailchimp.
- Web Creation Skills: Direct experience building and formatting webpages, managing a CMS, and understanding basic digital user-experience principles.
- AI-Literate: Highly proficient in leveraging generative AI tools to support daily tasks, with a strong understanding of how to prompt, refine, and polish AI outputs into professional-grade assets.
- Instinctive Storyteller: Proven ability to tell a compelling story across multiple media types, from video, motion graphics and carousels to written articles, social media posts and newsletters.
- Project Management: Strong organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple creative projects concurrently without sacrificing quality.
