The opportunity
Antidote is a modern wellness brand operating inside some of London’s best corporate and residential spaces. We create beautifully executed wellness experiences across some of London’s best spaces. Our environments combine gyms, recovery facilities, spa spaces, classes, workshops, events and community-led experiences, all designed around modern urban wellbeing.
You will be on-site across our locations capturing the energy of real sessions, real people and real spaces, and turning that into content that helps build one of London’s most desirable wellness brands.
This is a hands-on creative role, not a remote scheduling position. You’ll regularly be on-site across our venues capturing sessions, events, instructors, community moments as they happen. The role is hybrid, with flexibility to edit and manage content remotely, but we’re looking for someone who enjoys being on the ground creating, filming and shaping the visual identity of the brand in real time.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
