FREELANCE CONTENT CREATOR & VIDEO HOST
Location: Barcelona preferred (Spain-based considered)
Engagement: Freelance, ongoing
THE ROLE
We are hiring a freelance content creator who is equally comfortable in front of the camera and in the edit. Our team handles scripting, so you bring the energy, creativity and the craft.
What you’ll do:
- Host short and long form video content from our briefs and scripts, with a natural, conversational on-camera presence.
- Self-shoot in a clean, social-first style. Lo-fi and authentic beats ‘over-produced’ and polished for most of what we make.
- Edit the footage into platform-native cuts while keeping a consistent visual and pacing style across videos.
- Take direction and feedback quickly, and flag when something in a brief won’t land on camera.
- Let your creativity shine through! Bonus if you are comfortable doing multi-character videos.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
