Content Creator | Leading Creative Agency | London | £50-60K (dependent on experience)
We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most iconic creative agencies, expanding their rapidly growing social team. They’re seeking a talented and dynamic Content Creator to join the team.
This is an opportunity for someone who understands culture, works swiftly, and turns briefs into impactful output—strategic ideation all the way through delivery. The focus will be on social-first, entertainment-led content.
About the Role
- Creative Leadership: Steer end-to-end content creation across major entertainment accounts—from strategic ideation and creative concepts right through to final delivery.
- Social-First Focus: Every piece must be platform-optimised and culturally relevant to drive engagement.
- Strategic Contribution: Bring an analytical eye to content planning, staying ahead of cultural trends, and shaping the creative direction of continuous social output.
- Technical Proficiency: Delivered efficiently using CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong grasp of Premiere Pro templates.
- Collaborative Creativity: Go beyond execution—spot industry gaps, recognise opportunities, and elevate the creative vision.
- High-Quality delivery: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects without compromising quality or cutting-edge ambition.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic ideation to delivery across high-profile entertainment accounts
- Stand by with a networking-driven approach, ensuring content appeals across cultural touchpoints on each platform
- Leverage CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite to produce polished, fast-paced social edits
- Conceptualise and execute omnichannel, always-on social content with pre-existing footage
- Foster creative problem-solving by identifying emerging opportunities and trends that spur the next wave of content
- Operate efficiently in a demanding environment where adaptability and speed are core
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven portfolio of video content creation, showcasing a dynamic mix of platforms and styles
- Expert-level comprehension in CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite, with particular know-how of Premiere Pro templates
- Muscular ability to concept, edit, and distribute social content using existing assets—with strong attention to tidying workflows
- Hunger for trends, alongside an ability to pivot quickly while maintaining high quality
- Salesmanially driven: someone who sees opportunities and shapes content vision as much as executes it
- Agency or brand side experience is an asset, but even experienced part-time creators applying for agency comms roles will be considered

Salary & Position
- Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per year (subject to negotiation)
- Ecknowledgements: Permanent role, flexible doe possible
Location & Workplace Policy
- London-based with hybrid options
