Content Creator

Content Creator | Leading Creative Agency | London | £50-60K (dependent on experience)

We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most iconic creative agencies, expanding their rapidly growing social team. They’re seeking a talented and dynamic Content Creator to join the team.

This is an opportunity for someone who understands culture, works swiftly, and turns briefs into impactful output—strategic ideation all the way through delivery. The focus will be on social-first, entertainment-led content.

About the Role

  • Creative Leadership: Steer end-to-end content creation across major entertainment accounts—from strategic ideation and creative concepts right through to final delivery.
  • Social-First Focus: Every piece must be platform-optimised and culturally relevant to drive engagement.
  • Strategic Contribution: Bring an analytical eye to content planning, staying ahead of cultural trends, and shaping the creative direction of continuous social output.
  • Technical Proficiency: Delivered efficiently using CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong grasp of Premiere Pro templates.
  • Collaborative Creativity: Go beyond execution—spot industry gaps, recognise opportunities, and elevate the creative vision.
  • High-Quality delivery: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects without compromising quality or cutting-edge ambition.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
