Position overview

We are looking for a Content Creator to own the creative side of marketing at Quix. You will be a bold, ambitious thinker capable of challenging the status quo, whilst also executing at pace and under tight deadlines. Working closely with the Head of Growth and wider GTM team, you'll help turn complex engineering topics into engaging content across different platforms, channels and formats, providing a creative lens that combines visual storytelling and mood boards with precise, sharp written content.

About us

Founded by the team behind McLaren Racing's championship-winning data platform, Quix enables hardware engineers to build their own data infrastructure using AI. Our customers include Formula 1 teams and manufacturers across the automotive sector.

The role

This is a role for someone comfortable across different platforms and formats, who cares about the quality of their work and the results it drives.

  • Own content strategy and production end-to-end, developing a consistent publishing cadence across channels and formats that grows awareness and generates inbound interest
  • Work closely with the Head of Growth to align content with key messaging, campaign priorities and pipeline goals
  • Grow Quix's social media presence developing platform-specific content that drives engagement and follower growth
  • Shoot, edit and publish video content for product demos, customer stories, social media and events
  • Design graphic assets for social media, campaigns and brand communications
  • Contribute to web design and landing page updates, bringing both copy and visual thinking
  • Create sales collateral including one-pagers, pitch decks and case studies
  • Support event planning and capture content on the ground at industry events

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
