Junior Luxury Property Marketing & CRM Coordinator
📍 Location: Kensington and Vauxhall Office, London | Type: Full-time
About the Role
KENSINGTON Finest Properties International—one of Europe’s leading luxury real estate brands with over 100 offices across 5+ countries—is expanding its London presence. We’re seeking a creative, organised, and ambitious individual to join our dynamic team in blending luxury property marketing with office operations in one of London’s fastest-growing sectors.
This is the perfect role if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy creating engaging content, and passion about luxury property, social media, and branding. Daily tasks range from filming exclusives to managing digital campaigns, making this a h hands-on and dynamic opportunity to build experience across marketing, CRM, and content creation.
Responsibilities

Content Creation & Marketing Execution
- Visit luxury properties in London to shoot high-quality photos and videos
- Produce Instagram Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn posts, and bloopers for maximum engagement
- Edit videos and images using industry-leading software (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
- Collaborate with our team to develop creative marketing campaigns for high-profile property launches
- Work alongside agents to craft compelling property narratives

CRM & Listing Management
- Upload, maintain, and optimise property listings across major portals (e.g., Rightmove, Zoopla) and our internal CRM
- Monitor listing performance and campaign metrics, ensuring accurate and professional updates
- Maintain our portfolio documentation, ensuring digital records stay organised and compliant

Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & TikTok
- Schedule, publish, and respond to brand communications, inquiries, and comments
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline content creation and productivity

Administrative & Reporting Support
- Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing collaterals for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with PRI’s day-to-day operations, balancing independence with team collaboration
Requirements
Key Attributes
- Passionate about luxury property and eager to be part of a visionary brand
- Strong eye for photography/videography, with an ability to capture and convey elite living spaces
- Fast learner who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment
- Highly organised—able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines seamlessly
- Proactive, confident, and eager to contribute—whether working independently or as part of a tight-knit team
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut (basic to intermediate editing experience)
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to optimise workflows
- Strong social media management expertise for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & TikTok
- Passion for content creation and storytelling in digital spaces
- An eye for branding and creative storytelling
