Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

More Training Information

For a Content Creator Apprentice at Action for Carers, this means more than learning how to create content. It means becoming a confident storyteller with the ability to connect ideas to audiences and deliver real impact. Through the Level 3 Content Creator programme, the apprentice will develop a full, end-to-end understanding of content creation across audio, video, social and digital platforms. They will learn how to plan, produce and evaluate content, building skills in audience segmentation, brand storytelling, SEO and multi-platform delivery. From developing ideas and responding to briefs to pitching campaigns and analysing performance, the programme mirrors the real-world creative process. The learning journey is immersive and hands-on, combining workshops, live projects and portfolio building. By the end, the apprentice won't just understand content, they'll have created it, tested it and refined it in a commercial context. They'll leave with the confidence to present ideas, the technical skills to produce across formats, and the thinking to make sure content performs.
