This role is built around editing, but it’s not a desk-only job, you’ll also be expected to shoot content yourself, including with a DSLR or mirrorless camera, this isn’t a phone-only role. We’ll ask to see your edited work as part of your application, along with some footage you’ve personally filmed.

We’re a boutique agency with big ambitions and we’re looking for a Content Creator & Editor who wants to grow alongside us.
THE ROLE
This role is perfect for someone who loves content creation and wants to continue developing their skills within a creative agency environment. You’ll work closely with our Senior Videographer & Content Creator, who you’ll report to day to day, and our Head of Social, supporting content production, editing social-first content and contributing creative ideas across a range of client accounts. This is a fast-paced environment where you’ll learn quickly and gain hands-on experience from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting content shoots across client accounts
- Capturing behind-the-scenes content and supporting assets
- Assisting with photography and videography
- Editing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Creating platform-specific edits and content variations
- Preparing content for client approval
- Organising exports and final deliverables
- Maintaining organised content libraries

What We’re Looking For
- Strong editing skills
- Experience creating content for brands on social media
- Hands-on experience filming with a DSLR or mirrorless camera, this isn’t a phone-only role
- Good understanding of social platforms
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisation
- Positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for content creation and storytelling
