Content Creator - Employer Branding
Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social content and bringing personal stories to life?
Here at Whitbread, we’re looking for a Content Creator to help shape how we attract talent and showcase what it’s really like to work with us.
Working closely with our Employer Brand Manager, you’ll create engaging video, photo, and written content that resonates with audiences across our careers channels on social media and our careers website.

What you’ll be doing
As our Content Creator, you will be creating high-quality video, photo, and written content for talent attraction campaigns as well as promoting the employer brand across our careers platforms online. You will also be responsible for responding to social media comments, messages, and interactions in a timely, thoughtful, and engaging manner.
Alongside the above, you will analyse content performance and use this data to turn insights into smarter campaigns. As well as creating the content, you will be collaborating with stakeholders across operations and support centre, working closely with our internal communications, resourcing, and site-based teams. A big part of this role is also spotting and jumping on trends, adapting them into relevant content for our audience and using creativity and innovation to grow and develop our social media channels to reflect our changing/growing business.

What you’ll need
- Experience creating engaging social media content with measurable results for an organisation
- Strong video editing, photography, and copywriting skills
- Experience managing social media communities and engagement
- Experience of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Full UK driving license
