Content Creator (Social Media) - High End Restaurants

Thesleff Group

Create content that people cannot scroll past.

At Thesleff Group, we do not simply create restaurants. We build brands, shape culture and create moments that people remember.

Behind every one of our venues is a unique story waiting to be told. From the vibrant energy of Los Mochis to the timeless elegance of Sale e Pepe, the intimacy of JUNO and LUNA Omakase, the creativity of Viajante87 and the anticipation surrounding MA/NA Mayfair, every brand has its own personality, audience and visual identity.

Recently recognised in The Sunday Times 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies, Thesleff Group is entering an exciting new chapter, with ambitious international expansion beginning in the United States in 2027. We are now looking for an exceptional Content Creator to join our growing social media team.

The Role

This is not simply another social media role.

As Content Creator, you will help define how thousands of people experience our brands before they ever walk through our doors.

Working closely with our Head of Social and Content Strategist, you will create compelling, social-first content across our portfolio, producing photography, video and short-form content that feels authentic, premium and culturally relevant.

The successful Content Creator will understand that every restaurant has its own personality. You will instinctively know how to adapt your storytelling, visual style and creative approach across multiple luxury hospitality brands while maintaining exceptional quality throughout. With exciting restaurant launches, ambitious marketing campaigns and international growth ahead, this is a rare opportunity to produce work with genuine impact and help shape globally recognised hospitality brands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
