Content Creator (Video Editing Focus) – 6 Month Contract (3 Days per Week)

Location: Lubenham (near Market Harborough) | On-site

Hours: 21 hours per week (3 days)

Salary: £13 per hour

The Role

We are looking for a Content Creator to support our busiest period of video production. This is a hands-on role, primarily focused on editing, exporting and uploading video content to our digital platform.

You will be working with a large volume of pre-recorded footage, helping us turn it into polished, ready-to-use resources for schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit video content using Final Cut Pro to a high standard and in line with our brand
  • Export and format videos for different uses across our platform
  • Upload and organise content within our digital system
  • Support the production pipeline to ensure content is delivered efficiently and on time
  • Make light edits or adaptations to existing content where required
  • Maintain consistency in style, pacing and quality across all outputs

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience editing video using Final Cut Pro (or similar professional software)
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
  • High attention to detail, particularly with exports, formatting and organisation
  • Comfortable working through large volumes of content in a structured workflow
  • Reliable, organised and able to manage workload across a 3-day week
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms or content management systems is a plus
