Social Media Content Creator – Sizzling Pubs
About the Role
Love creating content that gets people talking?
We're looking for a creative, social-first Content Creator to join our Brand Marketing team and bring the Sizzling Pubs brand to life across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. If you're passionate about food, drink, hospitality and social media trends, this is an exciting opportunity to shape content for one of the UK's best-loved pub brands. You'll create engaging organic and paid social content, work with influencers and partners, and help drive brand awareness, footfall and sales across our nationwide pub estate.
This is a mobile role with regular travel to pubs across the UK, capturing content on-site and supporting local teams to elevate their social media presence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and publishing engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Capturing video, photography and social content at pubs, events and brand activations
- Developing social-first campaign content that drives engagement and sales
- Identifying trends, cultural moments and emerging platform opportunities
- Managing influencer and creator partnerships
- Supporting local pub teams with content ideas, best practice and social media coaching
- Managing paid social campaigns and optimising performance
- Monitoring community engagement and responding to customer interactions
- Analysing social performance and sharing insights to improve results

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience creating content for major social media platforms
- Strong video editing and content creation skills (CapCut, Canva or similar)
- Experience with paid social advertising, particularly Meta Ads
- Understanding of TikTok SEO, social search and content discoverability
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- A strong commercial mindset and understanding of how social media drives business results
- Confidence working with influencers, creators and multiple stakeholders
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage a busy schedule
- Passion for food, drink, hospitality and creating great content
