With a portfolio of premium restaurants, bars, and nightlife venues, this role offers the opportunity to create engaging, social-first content for multiple brands, each with its own distinct identity and audience.
Working closely with the Head of Social, Content Strategist, and wider marketing team, you will produce high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. - Produce platform-specific content that reflects each brand's identity, tone of voice, and audience.
- Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithm updates, emerging formats, and creative trends.
- Work closely with the social media and marketing teams to support campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
- Contribute original concepts and creative ideas during content planning sessions.
- Help plan and manage content calendars across multiple hospitality brands.
- Confidently direct chefs, bartenders, team members, guests, and collaborators on camera.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail across composition, lighting, editing, and brand consistency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
