As a Content Creator M/F/D

You will report to the Content Strategy & Activation Manager in the Sales based in Telford for a Permanent contract.

What you will do?

  • Create engaging multimedia content across formats (short/long‑form video, articles, blog posts, infographics, renders and social media assets) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Produce and edit videos and design high‑quality visuals for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar with the marketing team, aligning content with campaigns and audience interests through research and planning.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally (Marketing, Sales, Product) to gather insights and translate them into compelling brand and product storytelling.
  • Monitor and analyse content performance (reach, engagement, conversion signals) and use insights to continuously optimise future content.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Health, Safety, Environment and Quality requirements and company standards.

What about you?

  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in content creation, video production or graphic design.
  • You are familiar with content management systems and design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop and Autodesk (or similar software).
  • You demonstrate strong organisational skills and can manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
  • You are an excellent communicator and copywriter, with a good understanding of web content management and social media best practices.
  • You bring a creative, customer‑focused mindset, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working collaboratively across teams, with openness to occasional national and limited international travel.
