Role Description
The Content Creator role is a part-time, remote position focused on producing engaging, high-quality digital medical education content. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Researching medical topics
- Scripting concise explainers and longer-form educational videos
- Collaborating with the team to develop clear, visual learning materials aligned with exam and clinical objectives
- Adapting complex medical concepts into accessible language
- Coordinating with editors or designers for visual assets
- Optimizing content for platforms such as YouTube and the MedicoMedics website
- Reviewing analytics and feedback to refine content
- Maintaining consistency with MedicoMedics’ educational standards
- Meeting agreed-upon production timelines while working independently

Qualifications
- Strong skills in medical content creation, including the ability to translate complex clinical, pharmacology, and pathophysiology concepts into clear, exam-oriented explanations.
- Experience with digital content production, such as scripting videos, creating educational materials, and collaborating on visuals or slide decks for online learning.
- Comfort with online platforms and tools used for remote work, including document collaboration, video communication, and basic content management workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to clarity, structure, and educational impact.
- Background in medicine or a related health science field (e.g., medical student, resident, physician, or other healthcare professional) is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage a part-time schedule, and consistently meet content delivery deadlines.
- Familiarity with major medical exams (e.g., USMLE, PLAB, NEET-PG) and current medical education trends is a plus.
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or medical education content creation is beneficial.
