About Plutus Media
Plutus Media is a fast-growing growth marketing and content distribution agency helping brands, creators, and businesses scale through high-performing content and paid acquisition strategies. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative and engaging Content Creator to showcase what it's like to work at Plutus. You'll be responsible for creating authentic, behind-the-scenes content that strengthens our employer brand and attracts top talent.
The Role
We're looking for someone who is passionate about storytelling and social media to create engaging content focused on our people, culture, and day-to-day life at Plutus. Working closely with our People and Leadership teams, you'll produce content that gives prospective candidates an authentic insight into our company while helping position Plutus as an employer of choice.
What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the on-camera face of Plutus Media by creating engaging short-form video content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Produce "day in the life", employee spotlight, onboarding, and workplace culture content.
- Interview team members and transform their stories into engaging social media content.
- Plan, film, edit, and publish content aligned with our employer branding strategy.
- Collaborate with People to promote vacancies, hiring campaigns, employee milestones, and company initiatives.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and identify creative ways to showcase the Plutus culture.
- Ensure content reflects the Plutus brand, values, and tone of voice.
- Organise and maintain a content library for future campaigns.

What We're Looking For
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and other short-form platforms.
- Confident filming and editing videos using professional or mobile equipment.
- Strong storytelling skills with an eye for engaging, authentic content.
- Comfortable interviewing colleagues and helping people feel confident on camera.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform best practices.
- Experience producing organic social media content with simple, engaging edits, captions, and hooks that feel native to platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own content calendar.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience creating employer branding or recruitment marketing content for B2B.
- Photography and graphic design skills.
- Experience working in a startup or agency environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment and employer branding trends.
