About Alessa
Alessa is a fast-growing luxury fashion brand, selling across Europe and the Middle East. We're building our content the right way, and we're looking for an experienced creative in London to own it with us.
The role
This is not an entry-level gig. We're looking for someone who already knows how to create scroll-stopping fashion content and can run a shoot end to end on their own. You'll work on a project basis, but your work goes live on our channels and shapes how Alessa looks and feels online.
You will:
- Plan and coordinate content shoots from start to finish: concept, location, styling, and logistics
- Source, contact, and book models who fit the Alessa brand and our garments
- Shoot both video and photo content of our pieces (on-model and product-focused)
- Edit and deliver ready-to-publish content for TikTok, Instagram, paid ads, and web
- Contribute to our content calendar and campaign planning
- Stay on top of trends and propose formats and concepts that fit a luxury fashion audience
- Work directly with the founder: short decision paths, fast feedback

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
