The Role
We are looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to join us on a casual basis. This is a creative role focused on building our presence primarily across:
- LinkedIn and Instagram
- Additionally, other channels where appropriate
The role aims to:
- Increase awareness
- Boost engagement
- Generate leads for the business
Ideal candidate:
- Creative, self-motivated
- Comfortable shaping content calendars, formats, and ideas with minimal oversight
This role suits:
- University students or recent graduates looking to build a professional portfolio
- Open to all applicants
This is a fully remote role with flexible hours that align with study or other commitments.

Role Summary
Job Title: Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator
Reports To: CEO
Direct Reports: N/A
Remuneration: £14 per hour
Location: Fully Remote
Employment Type: Casual Worker
Working Hours:
- Casual role with up to 8 hours per month, ad-hoc basis

Below is an example of what a typical month might consist of:
Week One: Plan
- Review business updates, sector commentary, and upcoming milestones
- Collaborate with the team to decide:
- Priority themes
- Key dates, including client or sector events worth covering
Week Two: Create
- Draft, write, and create (or source) graphics for:
- LinkedIn and Instagram content
- Schedule the first batch of posts
- Ensure posts are accurately formatted, linked, and tagged
Week Three: Engage
- Monitor engagement on live posts
- Respond or flag items requiring follow-up
- Research:
- Current trends
- Engaging content formats
- Refresh content plan for the back half of the month
Week Four: Review
- Pull insights on performance from the month
- What content performed well?
- What didn’t?
- Use those insights to plan next month’s content calendar
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Plan, draft, and design content primarily focused on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Convert business updates, sector commentary, and milestones into engaging material
- Bring fresh ideas to:
- Content formats
- Angles
- Content types
Scheduling & Channel Management
- Build and maintain a consistent content calendar
- Schedule content accurately and ensure it publishes on time
Brand & Voice Consistency
- Preserve a consistent brand voice and tone across all content
- Align content with Regent Advisory & HR’s standards and values
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor engagement and performance metrics across channels
- Share simple, regular updates on:
- What is working
- Suggest improvements
Skills & Experience
Required:
- Confident writing and visual content skills:
- Graphics, short video, or similar
- Genuine interest in social media and its impact on engagement
- Self-motivated, with the ability to:
- Work independently
- Manage tasks remotely
