Company Description
FRADIMÉ is a UK-based luxury streetwear brand built on independence, quality, and individual expression.
Founded by Morgan Thornton, FRADIMÉ was created to move away from the mainstream and build something with its own identity. The brand focuses on high-quality ready-to-wear clothing, combining modern design, luxury fabrics, and considered production techniques.
We are still growing, which means this is a very hands-on environment. The right person will not just be joining a brand, they will be helping shape how FRADIMÉ is seen, understood, and remembered.
Role Description
This is an on-site role based on the Fylde Coast for a Content Creator & Social Media Executive.
The role is responsible for helping plan, create, and publish content across FRADIMÉ’s social platforms, mainly Instagram and TikTok. This includes photography, filming short-form video clips, image editing, captioning, stories, content planning, and day-to-day social media management.
The right person will understand that content is not just about posting for the sake of it. It affects how the brand is seen, how people connect with us, and how the business grows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
