Content Creator & Social Media Lead
£35,000 – £45,000 + Benefits - Hertford | Office & Field Based | Must Drive
Are you the person who is always filming content, spotting trends before everyone else and thinking about what will go viral next? Do you live and breathe social media, sport and lifestyle content?
Have you built your own following, created engaging content for brands, or spent your free time filming, editing and sharing content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Meta? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join a growing lifestyle brand where content creation is at the heart of everything we do.
We're looking for a creative, energetic and confident Content Creator & Social Media Lead who loves being behind the camera and isn't afraid to step in front of it too.
This isn't a desk-based social media planning role. You'll spend time attending events, competitions, brand activations, partnerships, club events and venues, capturing exciting content, interviewing athletes and personalities, and constantly looking for new ways to engage audiences and grow our online communities.
For the right person, this is an incredible opportunity to build a long-term career in content creation, social media and influencer marketing while becoming a key face of the brand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
