Location: Hampshire/Surrey (Hybrid – on-site and remote)

Our products are designed to be shared, gifted and displayed with pride. We are looking for someone who can bring that story to life through outstanding visual content and engaging social media.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator who lives in Hampshire, Surrey or nearby and has a proven track record creating exceptional content for food, drink or premium lifestyle brands.

This is a hands-on creative role combining content production, photography, videography and social media management.

You will become the visual voice of FOLI, creating beautiful content that inspires customers and supports retailers, stockists and future international growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality food and product photography.
  • Film and edit engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok and short-form videos.
  • Develop creative content ideas aligned with the FOLI brand.
  • Plan and manage a monthly content calendar.
  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Write engaging captions and help grow our online community.
  • Visit retailers, farm shops, food halls and events to capture lifestyle content.
  • Create seasonal campaigns, recipes and behind-the-scenes videos.
  • Work closely with the founder to develop new marketing ideas.
  • Monitor performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years' experience managing social media for food, drink, hospitality or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Has an excellent portfolio showcasing photography and videography.
  • Is highly creative with a strong eye for styling, composition and lighting.
  • Understands how to create content that performs on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Is confident using Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software.
  • Has experience planning content calendars and analysing social media performance.
  • Is organised, proactive and full of ideas.
  • Can work independently in a fast-moving start-up environment.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and can travel to our office and occasional retail locations.
