Join this branding agency to help turbo charge a client in the travel tech space, through all their social channels. This contract could run and run and you’ll be treated like a member of the team.

The speed read

Upfront, the winning candidate will be able to speak Italian and German but we will review without. A big ask, we know! A multi-cultural, global mindset will definitely help you ask the right questions for this newly launching global brand.

The facts

You love creating and editing short form content: graphics, images and videos using Adobe and Canva, Capcut etc. You’ve likely been doing this for a couple of years and you just want to keep getting better at it.

You get the chance to develop your client facing skills and work in a supportive and creative marketing team, focusing on a new brand where you will give input and help to develop and steer its look & feel and tone of voice. This is a chance to develop real ownership in a genuinely supporting marketing environment. You get a rare insight into an agency working lockstep with a client to help the brand make the most impact. The client feels like more of a partner to the agency which makes it more fun.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
