Content Creator
We're looking for a talented Content Creator who can shoot, edit and craft compelling content for some incredible brands.
At NRG Studios, no two weeks are the same. One day you could be filming a customer story in London, the next capturing an event in New York, producing content for a global brand, or helping bring a creative concept to life from behind the camera and in the edit suite.
This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team that cares deeply about the work it creates.
If you're equally comfortable behind a camera, inside Premiere Pro, and contributing ideas around the creative table, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Content Creator at NRG Studios, you'll play a key role in bringing projects to life from production through to delivery. You'll be:
- Shooting a range of content including interviews, talking heads, brand films, social content, event coverage, promotional videos and more
- Editing engaging, story-led content using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Supporting creative development and contributing ideas throughout projects
- Working closely with producers, creatives and clients to deliver exceptional work
- Bringing energy, curiosity and a problem-solving mindset to every shoot and edit

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
