End Date: Wednesday 15 July 2026 Salary Range: £72,702 - £80,780 Location: London (Hybrid)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Content Designer, you’ll help create engaging, user-centred digital experiences across apps and websites. You’ll combine research, empathy, and clarity to shape conversations with customers, ensuring they’re well-supported in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop people-focused content that enhances usability and accessibility of digital platforms.
  • Combine research insights with clear, actionable language to drive customer understanding.
  • Take ownership as the content expert in an agile environment, collaborating closely with product teams.
  • Strategically assess how content conversations can evolve across touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all customer interactions.
  • Advise on how effective writing positively impacts customer engagement.
  • Reflect on metrics to measure content success and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Work with product, risk, legal, and branding teams to shape designs and align with brand identity.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Experience as a UX Writer, Conversation Designer, or Content Designer.
  • Familiarity with financial services (ideally, working within a complex sector).
  • Proficiency in collaborative, multi-disciplinary environments.
  • Strength in adaptable writing—handling multiple brands and tones.
  • Skilled in concise, structured, and inclusive copywriting.
  • Experience in Design platforms, including Figma.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders (Product, Risk, Legal, Branding).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with accessibility testing and ADA compliance.
