Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the contract role of Content Designer.

3 month contract

Inside of IR35 / Umbrella only

Hybrid working between Blackpool, Sheffield, Manchester or Newcastle (office visits weekly to one of these bases with the other time spent working from home)

£375 - 400 a day

The Role:

  • Working on digital services, particularly in a government or a public sector context.
  • You will have the support of a permanent senior content designer and will be working alongside other User Centred Design colleagues.

We are looking for the following experience:

  • Creating accessible, plain-English content aligned to content standards and style guides.
  • Using qualitative and quantitative data to inform content decisions.
  • Testing, validating and iterating content through user-centred approaches.
  • Collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Championing evidence-based, user-focused content with stakeholders.
  • Working in Agile environments.
  • Using tools such as Figma, Mural, Lucid and Sketch for content design and wireframing.
