Content Designer

Duration: 3 – 6 Months
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Location: Hybrid (Islington, London)
Industry: Digital Healthcare

We are currently recruiting an experienced Content Designer for a 3 to 6-month contract with a leading digital healthcare provider.

In this role, you will pair content design principles with search and answer engine expertise (SEO, GEO, and AEO) to build clear, accessible, and compliant digital content. You will turn complex clinical and regulatory guidance into user-centred journeys that help patients make confident health decisions, ensuring content is discoverable across traditional search, Google AI Overviews, and generative engines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & CMS Publishing: Design, edit, and publish clear, health-literate content across treatment pages, condition guides, consultation flows, and campaign touchpoints within the CMS.
  • Search & Generative Engine Optimisation (SEO/GEO/AEO): Structure content using schema markup, question-led formats, and strong E-E-A-T signals to maximise discovery across organic search and AI answer engines.
  • Clinical & Regulatory Governance: Work closely with clinicians, pharmacists, and compliance teams to ensure content adheres strictly to medical accuracy and regulatory guidelines.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Analyse user journeys and content performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, to identify content gaps and improve conversion alongside SEO and CRO teams.
  • Systems & CMS Support: Apply and refine content patterns, style guides, and component libraries, assisting with ongoing content standards and CMS updates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
