Role Overview
Technically documented as a fixed-term maternity cover appointment, this role focuses on delivering high-quality content design across BizClik’s global platforms.
Providers must:
- Merit rapid assimilation of established workflows
- Take ownership of briefs independently
- Sustain quality, consistency, and pace across all outputs

Ideal for an adaptable magazine feature designer, content designer, or art editor with: ✔ Experience in fast-moving, high-performance environments ✔ Confidence working independently within structured processes
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory.
Purpose of the Role
Work to deliver high-quality content design aligning with audience expectations, narrative excellence, and brand purpose.
Core activities include:
- Supporting editorial, marketing, events, and commercial objectives
- Ensuring all outputs meet BizClik’s high standards
- Scaling and innovating how audiences view and engage with media content
Key Responsibilities
- Design magazine features and profiles—plus related assets—to high standards, on time, with zero errors
- Apply visual hierarchy, storytelling, and audience awareness across every piece
- Liaise with teams to maintains publication timelines for magazines and supplements
- Own your briefs—work independently while of interest adhering to deadlines
- Uphold brand consistency via adherence to guidelines, style, and internal design standards
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, events, and sales teams on projects
- Identify opportunities to enhance design, workflows, and user experiences
- Stay current with B2B media trends, editorial design, and digital storytelling

- Consistently hit design quality and delivery deadlines
- Manage multiple concurrent projects professionally
- Maintain brand integrity across all deliveries
- Actively participate in team-wide knowledge transfer and process improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Proven industry experience in:
- Editorial/magazine design
- Content design
- Art editing
- Strong portfolio of previous work, demonstrating:
- Expertise in magazine layouts
- Strong storytelling skills
- Brand consistency
Essential Skills & Traits:
- Precision and speed, executing high-quality output at pace
- Comfort in inductive work with clearly defined processes
- Strong communication and collaborative mindset
- Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
