Content Designer / Editor
We're looking for a Content Designer / Editor to join a growing creative team delivering high-impact campaigns across digital, social and integrated communications.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior creative who combines exceptional design craft with strong video editing and motion graphics skills, while also bringing strategic thinking and a passion for visual storytelling.
The Role
You'll play a key role in creating engaging, impactful content that brings campaigns to life across multiple digital channels. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll be involved in the creative process from concept through to final delivery, producing work that resonates with audiences and delivers real impact.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute beyond creative production, working on broader campaign initiatives and helping shape creative strategy.
Key Responsibilities Create high-quality video content, graphic design, motion graphics and digital assets Take projects from concept through to final execution with exceptional attention to detail Develop engaging visual storytelling tailored for digital and social-first audiences Support the planning and execution of content strategies and creative campaigns Identify emerging trends, technologies and creative opportunities Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class creative work Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality Ensure all creative output is aligned with campaign objectives and brand standards

What We're Looking For 5+ years' experience in a senior creative, designer or editor role Outstanding portfolio demonstrating high-quality design, video editing and motion graphics work Exceptional visual storytelling skills and a strong eye for detail Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator Strong understanding of digital content, social media platforms and audience behaviour Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on with creative execution Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Desirable Experience Experience within advocacy, public affairs, political campaigns, government or crisis communications Experience working on high-profile or high-stakes campaigns Knowledge of web design or web development Experience creating content designed to engage and influence audiences
