Brand & Content Designer
Belfast, Hybrid
⭐ About the company
ViVA Tech Talent have exclusively partnered with a founder-owned subscription business with a loyal, fast-growing global membership, built entirely through word of mouth. Profitable, technology-led, with products across iOS, Android and web. Content is central to the business, and design is what makes it stand out.
⭐ The role
This is a hands-on, individual-contributor design role inside the content team — for someone who wants to make, not manage. No team to build, no strategy to set: the founders and content team set direction, you execute it to a high standard. You'll build and maintain the templates, assets and systems that keep the team publishing quickly and consistently on-brand, with real autonomy so long as you stay tightly aligned to the brand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
