Content Designer
Content Designer – Farnborough or Bristol
📍 Paisley (Virtual), Farnborough, or Bristol
Pax8 is hiring a Content Designer in either our Farnborough or Bristol office to design impactful Academy learning experiences that help our partners grow using modern design, thoughtful AI, and practical microlearning.
About the Role
Most training content is skimmed, forgotten, and half-understood. THIS WILL CHANGE. You’ll transform raw stakeholder input into crisp, visual, and learner-friendly microlearning—sometimes building from scratch, other times adapting AI-supported text/video/translation tools for regional European audiences.
This is a role for someone who thrives on rapid feedback, creative problem-solving, and a hunger for excellence.

Day-to-day Responsibilities
✅ Design partner-facing Academy content across diverse topics (enablement, thought leadership). ✅ Craft microlearning and modern assets using AI video/translation tools (~e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen). ✅ Localise and repurpose multilingual content while protecting core value. ✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover goals and tailor materials accordingly. ✅ Launch optimized LMS-based learning experiences (easy, intuitive, high-quality). ✅ Embed adult learning principles (practical, relevant, engaging). ✅ Showcase work via one-pagers, battlecards, and high-impact assets.

💰 Salary & Perks
- £34,000–£43,000 (convey together, bonus annual performance payment).
