We are supporting a major government programme seeking an experienced Content Designer to join a multidisciplinary User-Centred Design team.
Working alongside Senior Content Designers, User Researchers, Service Designers and other digital specialists, you'll create clear, accessible, user-focused content for digital services used at scale.

Key Requirements
- Strong experience creating accessible, plain English content
- Experience following established content patterns, style guides and content design processes
- Ability to use quantitative and qualitative research data to inform content decisions
- Experience testing, iterating and improving content based on evidence
- Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary Agile teams
- Experience advocating for user-centred design and content best practices with stakeholders
- Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments

Desirable Experience
- Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Mural, Lucid or Sketch
- Experience working on digital services
- Previous Government or Public Sector experience
