We're hiring a Content & Distribution Lead (Part-Time) — Digital Media / Content Agency
We run a fast-growing digital content agency producing high-volume, AI-assisted short-form video across Instagram and TikTok — and we're looking for someone sharp, data-driven, and creatively obsessed to own our production-to-distribution pipeline.
What you'll do:
- Make daily creative calls on what gets produced and posted across a growing network of accounts
- Turn trend research into a structured content testing system — spotting what's working before everyone else does
- Own performance reporting and use it to sharpen creative decisions week over week
- Work directly with our research and production team to keep the content engine moving fast
