A bit about us

We're Hyve – the organiser of some of the world's fastest-growing and most forward-thinking B2B events.

Our mission is simple: to create unmissable events where industries connect, partnerships are formed, and businesses grow.

Our portfolio includes market-leading brands across retail technology, supply chain & logistics, healthcare, fintech, ecommerce, and edtech. Alongside our flagship events, we're investing heavily in technology, data and year-round communities that help our customers build meaningful business relationships every day of the year.

If you're excited about building industry-leading brands, shaping markets and working with ambitious, entrepreneurial people, you'll fit right in.

A bit about you

Whatever your background, beliefs or ambitions, there's a culture of belonging at Hyve where everyone is welcome.

You'll thrive here if you're naturally curious, commercially minded and excited by building something new.

We're looking for people who challenge convention, embrace collaboration, own their work and continually look for better ways of doing things. You'll enjoy speaking with senior executives, learning about emerging industries and transforming insight into experiences that customers genuinely value.

If you're motivated by creating industry-leading content rather than simply producing conference agendas, we'd love to hear from you.

About Manifest Europe

Following the phenomenal success of Manifest Las Vegas, North America's fastest-growing supply chain and logistics event, we're bringing Manifest to Europe.

Launching in Lisbon in October 2027, Manifest Europe will become the meeting place for the entire supply chain ecosystem—bringing together shippers, retailers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, ports and terminals, carriers, technology providers, startups, investors and industry leaders.

With DHL already confirmed as Presenting Sponsor alongside more than 120 Launch Partners, Manifest Europe has entered the market with exceptional momentum.

Europe sits at the centre of global trade, supply chain innovation, sustainability, automation and digital transformation. Manifest Europe will bring together the companies and leaders shaping the future of the industry through world-class content, curated networking and meaningful business connections.

Why we're hiring

Launching a major European event requires more than a conference producer.

We're looking for a Content Director who can become one of the leading voices within the European supply chain and logistics industry.

This is a unique opportunity to build a flagship event from day one—working directly with senior industry leaders to identify emerging trends, shape market conversations and create a conference programme that becomes the benchmark for the industry.

You'll play a critical role in building Manifest Europe's reputation, driving audience growth, supporting commercial success and establishing the event as Europe's leading business platform for supply chain innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About the role

As Content Director, you'll be responsible for developing the content strategy for Manifest Europe from launch through long-term growth.

You'll spend significant time speaking with senior executives across Europe to understand the challenges, opportunities and innovations shaping the future of supply chain, logistics and commerce.

Those insights will directly influence:

  • The conference agenda
  • Speaker recruitment
  • Year-round thought leadership
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Audience acquisition
  • Commercial opportunities
  • Industry positioning

You'll work closely with the President, Commercial Partnerships, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure every aspect of the event reflects what matters most to the market.

What you'll be doing

  • Market Research & Industry Intelligence
    • Become an expert on the European supply chain and logistics landscape.
    • Identify emerging technologies, market trends and commercial opportunities.
    • Conduct in-depth interviews with senior executives across shippers, retailers, logistics providers, technology companies, investors and government bodies.
    • Build strong relationships across the industry to validate topics and future themes.
    • Monitor competitor events and industry developments to ensure Manifest Europe remains ahead of the market.
  • Conference Strategy & Programme Development
    • Design and develop a world-class conference programme across multiple stages.
    • Create compelling themes that balance strategic insight with practical implementation.
    • Develop keynote sessions, panels, workshops, fireside chats and innovative content formats.
    • Continuously evolve the agenda based on customer feedback and market intelligence.
    • Ensure the programme delivers value for delegates while supporting audience and sponsorship growth.
  • Speaker Acquisition
    • Build long-term relationships with Europe's most influential supply chain leaders.
    • Recruit senior speakers from leading manufacturers, retailers, logistics providers, technology companies, investors and policymakers.
    • Develop and manage a robust speaker pipeline.
    • Lead speaker engagement from invitation through onsite delivery.
  • Year-Round Content
    • Help establish Manifest Europe as a year-round content platform—not simply an annual event.
    • Create webinars, executive roundtables, interviews, reports and digital content that keeps the community engaged.
    • Work with Marketing to repurpose conference content into campaigns that drive audience and sponsor engagement.
    • Support future benchmarking reports, research studies and industry insights.
  • Commercial Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Commercial Partnerships to identify sponsorship opportunities aligned to the conference programme.
    • Develop content-led commercial opportunities that create value for sponsors without compromising editorial integrity.
    • Support sales through market insight and customer intelligence.
  • Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy
    • Work alongside the Marketing Director to shape positioning, messaging and audience acquisition campaigns.
    • Use market intelligence to identify new delegate audiences and growth opportunities.
    • Help position Manifest Europe as Europe's most influential supply chain technology event.
  • Onsite Leadership
    • Lead conference delivery onsite.
    • Manage speaker experience and briefing.
    • Moderate sessions where appropriate.
    • Ensure the content experience reflects the premium quality of the Manifest brand.
