ABOUT CLEENS

Cleens is a fast-growing footwear and apparel brand with a strong focus on its social media presence and its core direct-to-consumer channel. Our website and social channels work hand in hand to build brand awareness, engage our community and drive online sales and this role sits right at that intersection.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a versatile Social Content & E-Commerce Assistant to support creating engaging social content as well as the day-to-day running of the Cleens website. This is a dual role, suited to someone who equally understands how content and E-commerce work together to drive traffic, engagement and sales.

You will work closely with the wider social and E-commerce teams, helping to plan and publish content, keep the site trade smoothly as well as supporting campaigns from concept through to performance reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in the planning, creation and scheduling of engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.
  • Support in the edit of short-form video, reels, stories and product photography for use on socials, website and email marketing.
  • Grow and engage the Cleens community, responding to comments and DMs along with the monitoring brand mentions and moments.
  • Support in the creation of engaging copy, capturing SEO/H1 Tags for social captions, product listings, email campaigns and other marketing materials.
  • Support in the planning and execution of influencer and UGC (user-generated content) collaborations.
  • Maintenance and updating of the Cleens website, including product listings, imagery, copy and promotional banners.
  • Assist with the E-commerce promotional calendar, aligning site content with social and seasonal campaigns and emails.
  • Track and report on social and website performance (engagement, traffic, conversion) and use insights to inform content and site decisions. Reporting weekly.
  • Actively research social media trends and E-commerce best practice to keep Cleens content and site experience fresh and relevant.
  • Support wider marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions and events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
