Content Editor (Digital) – AI Model Training & Development
We are looking for an existing Content Editor (Digital) to assist in training AI models.
The role involves measuring progress, evaluating the logic and performance of AI chatbots, and troubleshooting problems to enhance model quality.
About the Role
You must possess expert-level skills in writing, editing, and content development. Related experience may include:
- Digital Communication
- Journalism
- Technical Writing
Key Responsibilities
- Provide writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs
- Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, coherence, and performance

Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or near-native level)
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in grammar, stylistic writing, and brand voice alignment
- Preferred: A Bachelor’s degree (current, ongoing, or completed) (Not mandatory but advantageous)
