AI Evaluation Specialist
Type: Contract Compensation: $22 – $70/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hrs/week
About the Role
We are seeking an AI Evaluation Specialist to critically assess, refine, and improve AI-generated outputs through rigorous quality evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Review and critically assess AI-generated outputs for quality, clarity, usability, and overall user experience.
- Identify inconsistencies, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities across diverse content types and visual experiences.
- Apply structured evaluation guidelines and deliver nuanced, insightful feedback to guide model enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine:
- Quality standards
- Scoring criteria
- Review processes
- Maintain high accuracy and consistency across evaluations to ensure reliable, actionable insights.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of evaluation workflows and best practices.

Requirements
- Native English proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
- Exceptional reading comprehension and acute attention to detail.
- Strong observational skills with exceptional aesthetic or editorial judgment.
- Ability to think critically and deliver consistent, high-quality evaluations in ambiguous scenarios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
