Content Executive
Content Marketing Executive (Remote, UK Based)
An established B2B content marketing agency is looking to welcome a talented Content Marketing Executive into its growing team. The business works with clients around the world to create and repurpose high quality content that helps them reach new audiences and build their brand. It is an innovative and fast growing environment where people are encouraged to think creatively, improve processes and deliver exceptional work.
This is a fully remote position that suits someone who brings a strategic marketing mindset and a genuine passion for content. The successful candidate will work across a wide mix of formats including blogs, podcasts, videos and social content, always considering how to maximise reach and impact. Strong writing is a core part of the role and attention to detail is essential.
What you will be doing...
- Consuming client content such as podcast episodes, webinars, reports and event material, then developing content plans that make the most of it.
- Creating written content across blogs, social media, email and other formats, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice.
- Producing edit notes for the creative team and identifying strong moments for social media.
- Supporting the development and refinement of content marketing processes, including the thoughtful and responsible use of AI tools.
- Collaborating with creative and content management teams and liaising directly with clients.
- Uploading and distributing content across platforms including WordPress, podcast hosting tools and LinkedIn.
- Contributing to internal marketing activity such as case studies, campaigns, blogs and social content.

What we are looking for...
- A minimum of three years professional experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
- Exceptional writing skills across long form and short form content, particularly for LinkedIn.
- Strong marketing instincts with the ability to think strategically about audience, channels and messaging.
- Experience in content repurposing and confidence working across multiple formats.
- Curiosity and capability in using AI tools responsibly within content workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and the ability to work independently in a remote team.
- Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, WordPress, social scheduling platforms and basic video editing software is desirable.
- A creative and ideas led approach with a drive to innovate and improve.
