If you're naturally curious, commercially minded and enjoy combining creativity with data, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
Content is changing. Search is changing. And businesses that embrace AI are gaining a real competitive advantage. In this role, you'll help create engaging, search-friendly content that reaches customers wherever they're searching—whether that's Google, AI-powered search platforms or the next generation of conversational search experiences.
Working as part of a collaborative ecommerce and marketing team, you'll use a combination of SEO expertise, AI tools and content best practice to improve visibility, increase organic traffic and support online sales.
You'll also have the opportunity to explore new technologies, automate repetitive processes and help introduce smarter ways of working across the wider marketing function. No two days will be the same, and your ideas will genuinely help shape the future direction of content within the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
