About the Role
Looking for a content leader who combines strategic thinking with exceptional writing and editorial skills. You'll have a proven track record of leading content programmes across multiple markets while influencing senior stakeholders and delivering measurable business results.

Description
- Develop and lead the global B2B content strategy, aligned with commercial objectives and audience needs
- Own content planning and delivery for the EMEA region across digital channels and sales enablement
- Lead, mentor and support an established international team of Content Managers (x2)
- Drive consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice and editorial standards across all markets
- Create content that supports the full customer journey, from awareness through to conversion
- Partner with SEO specialists to optimise content for search, AI-powered discovery, AEO and LLM search experiences
- Manage freelancers, agencies and external content partners to deliver high-quality content at scale
- Champion the use of AI tools to improve content quality, efficiency and workflow
- Develop effective content planning, governance and prioritisation processes
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, balancing business priorities across multiple regions
- Use data and performance insights to continually optimise content and demonstrate commercial impact
- Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across global marketing teams

Profile
- Extensive experience developing and delivering B2B content strategies
- Experience leading and developing content teams within international or matrix organisations
- Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling skills across multiple content formats
- A commercial mindset with experience supporting demand generation, lead nurturing and sales enablement
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience establishing editorial standards, messaging frameworks and content governance
- Knowledge of SEO, AI search, AEO and evolving content discovery best practice
- Experience using AI content tools to improve workflows and productivity
- Confidence managing agencies, freelancers and external partners
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple regions

Job Offer
£60k - £65k + Good Benefits
Hybrid working. 3 days a week in their central London office
