Content Manager

Reading (Hybrid, 3 days/week)

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal hire within a newly created e-commerce team, built to drive significant growth across Amazon and key UK retailers. While Amazon performance is already strong, there is a clear opportunity to elevate content execution across platforms such as Boots, Superdrug and grocery.

The Content Manager will play a central role in defining how brands show up across these channels, ensuring content is engaging, optimized and consistent. Working closely with marketing, sales and agency partners, you will help bring brand strategies to life online, enhancing the shopper experience and supporting commercial growth.

The Role

You will own the end-to-end content strategy and execution across retailer.com channels, ensuring all digital content is delivered effectively and consistently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
