Content Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on content and social specialist to keep our digital channels (website + corporate social) consistently populated with high-quality, on-brand content — and to use data and platform trends to keep improving performance over time. This is a delivery-focused role: equal parts creative craft and strategic judgement about what we publish, when, and why.

What you'll do

Content creation & delivery

  • Own the day-to-day content calendar across web and social channels
  • Work with the team to build out content franchises to support brand pillars and product stories
  • Organize sessions with the team to ideate and activate calendar moments
  • With the art director, manage the social assets bank for organic and paid social
  • Brief, Write, edit, design, and publish / schedule posts/stories in line with brand tone and visual guidelines
  • Use analytics to inform sequence and time content for maximum audience impact
  • Support the team in creator seeding and briefing to ensure the blend of creator and UGC content is correct.

  • Proactively find stories across the business — campaigns, leadership insights, partnerships, events

  • Keep a steady content pipeline so channels feel current and connected to industry conversation

Social monitoring

  • Run a daily monitoring roundup — flag issues, opportunities, and fast-turn response needs
  • Track trending topics and industry moments worth joining
  • Engage with high-value mentions and tagged content to boost visibility

Campaign execution

  • Plan and deliver social campaigns across all social platforms
  • Partner with brand, comms, and other teams to align content with priority initiatives
  • Amplify key moments and use content cross channel where possible, share opps with team

What you'll need

  • Proven experience running corporate/brand social channels
  • Strong editorial judgement and copywriting/editing skills across tones and audiences
  • Comfort with basic video/photo capture for social
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools to inform decisions
  • Highly organised, able to juggle multiple deliverables
  • Collaborative — good at building relationships to source content and get approvals fast
