Responsibilities
Your role spans core areas of sales funnel growth, cross-channel content mastery, and performance-driven marketing:

Content Creation
- Leverage AI tools to craft high-performing, multi-channel content.
- Partner with top creators and narrow briefs to tailor messaging across B2C, B2B, or geo-specific audiences.

Campaign Management
- Own acquisition campaigns end-to-end, from hypothesis to execution to optimization.
- Run structured data-driven retrospectives, applying learnings iteratively to elevate success.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Bridge gaps between creative, product, sales, and business teams, aligning on priorities and delivering campaigns seamlessly.

Trend Monitoring
- Scrutinise social media movements, competitor tactics, and creative shifts to fuel future strategy.
Requirements

- Reasoning Ability

Financial Equity & Progression

Base salaries span £47,660 (London) to €46,027 (Europe), growing rapidly with impact.
- Early-career confidence: £47,660–£56,345.
- Experiencedната benefit: £56,345–£85,797 (London).
- For exceptional contributions, compensation can scale to outperform milestones.

Permanent contracts include equity participation at a €2/ADR discounted price.

Work Structure
