Content and Social Media Marketer
Remote, UK | Occasional travel required | £30,000–£40,000 depending on experience
The Company
Greenshank Environmental is bringing back nature to the British countryside, one scheme at a time.
We turn the UK's Biodiversity Net Gain and Nutrient Neutrality regulations into something real: a growing national network of restored land, legally secured for generations.
We co-authored Natural England's guidance on nutrient mitigation and built the UK's first self-serve platform for buying BNG units and nutrient credits online.
We're a small team scaling quickly, with marketing becoming increasingly central to how we grow.
The Role
We're looking for a creative, content-focused marketer to help build and scale the marketing function alongside the company's senior marketing lead.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
